Don’t have time for the Farmer’s Market? Coastal Greens is looking for locavores to join a microgreen Consumer Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program. Microgreen options may include edible flowers and any of our microgreen varieties. Lettuce can be added to your microgreen share or chosen as a separate share. Choose from one or more of the multiple options listed below!
CSA Program
Each CSA is a 6 week program, and you can choose from the options described below. Delivery options are also available, contact [email protected] to sign up!
Mild or Spicy Option:
Option A: Mild or Spicy Full Shares: One delivery each week consisting of 3 ounces of shoots (Pea or Sunflower shoots, CG will rotate so you receive both varieties) AND 3 ounces of microgreen mixes (mild or spicy, you choose).
Option B: Mild or Spicy Half Shares: One delivery each week consisting of 1.5 ounces of microgreen mixes (mild or spicy, you choose) AND 1.5 ounces shoots (Pea or Sunflower shoots, CG will rotate so you receive both varieties).
Shoots Only Option:
Option A: Shoots Only Full Shares: One delivery each week consisting of 3 ounces of Pea shoots AND 3 ounces of Sunflower shoots.
Option B: Shoots Only Half Shares: One delivery each week consisting of 1.5 ounces of Pea shoots AND 1.5 ounces of Sunflower shoots.
Lettuce Addition: Mini lettuce varieties include red and green varieties: oakleaf, buttercrunch, bibb, and romaine varieties. If you would like to add lettuce to your order, the following options are available:
Option A: Full Lettuce Shares: One delivery each week consisting of 2 mini heads of lettuce.
Option B: Half Lettuce Shares: One delivery each week consisting of 1 mini head of lettuce.
