Microgreens lend themselves to many possibilities: they can be added to breakfast dishes or sandwiches. They can be used to add a pop of color and flavor to main dishes. You can even blend them to make soups, dips, sauces and pesto. Be creative and have fun with how you eat them! One of our favorite ways to eat them is on top of salads.
